Keep play within your limits
Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over. Treat it as paid entertainment, never as income or a way to pay bills. Decide on a spending limit and a time limit before you play. Only use money you can afford to lose.
Take breaks. Don't chase losses, borrow to gamble or increase your spending to finish bonus wagering. It's okay to leave an offer unused or a requirement unfinished.
When to step away
If gambling affects your sleep, relationships or essential spending, pause and speak to someone you trust. Feeling unable to stop, hiding spending or gambling to recover losses are reasons to seek support.
